How do I place an order? Simply add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed? Unfortunately, we are not able to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been confirmed. Please contact us at hello@avillafranciska.com as soon as possible if there is an issue.

Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to:

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
• Denmark: 3–5 business days. (As we are currently organizing our stock, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.)
How much does shipping cost? Shipping fees vary by destination and weight of parcel and are shown at checkout. Free shipping thresholds do not apply.
Will I be charged customs or import fees? Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my item? Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
PRODUCTS
Where are your textiles made? Our products are jacquard-woven in Portugal using traditional techniques and premium organic fibers. We collaborate closely with skilled craftspeople.
What materials do you use? We use only high-quality, natural materials, including certified organic cotton and other sustainable fibers.
What is damask weaving? Damask is a weaving technique where patterns are woven directly into the fabric using jacquard looms. It creates a subtle, elegant texture with tonal variation.
