For shipments outside the EU, please note:

When shipping outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration form. This form includes details about the shipment’s contents, value, and purpose. Providing accurate and complete information is essential for smooth customs clearance.

These charges are based on the declared value, item type, and the destination country's rates.

Customs authorities may require payment of these charges before delivery.


RETURNS

You are welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

All returns must meet the following conditions:
• Items are unused and unwashed
• Items are returned in original packaging and condition

Customers in Denmark can purchase shipping labels through our Return Portal.
